Fair Trade Ethical Wool and Banana Fibre Fern Stitch Beret Beanie 

Fair Trade Ethical Beanie. Beautifully hand knitted with pure, natural, Eco-friendly wool from New Zealand and banana fibre sourced from Nepal. 

These Berets are lovingly made by Artisans in Nepal who spin and dye raw wool from New Zealand and banana fibre from Nepal using azo-free dyes. They hand-knit the Beret using bright and varied colours, making every beanie totally unique. The whole process is sustainable and eco-friendly as Uplift Fair Trade have chosen to source this product that uses the leftover pieces of wool that would otherwise be thrown out. 

Kumbeshwar Technical School is a World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) guaranteed member. This project trains, employs and empowers over 2000 women through their income-generating projects.  They also empower and sustain disadvantaged and low-income families of Kathmandu Valley, through free primary education, a home for young people and vocational skill training in knitting, carpet weaving and carpentry.

Washing instructions:  Hand Wash in Cold Water.  Do not soak.  Do not bleach.  Reshape while damp.  Dry flat.
